Stress is inevitable. It’s just a part of life. But you don’t have to allow it to run and ruin your life. In fact, it’s scientifically proven that if you don’t learn how to effectively manage stress, it can cause psychosomatic illnesses (physical illnesses like high blood pressure that can be caused or aggravated by mental or environment stressors).
Aromatherapy is one of the ways I went from over the top stressed out to relaxed and ready to carry on with the day. And the items I use are affordable and easy to use. Just add water to the diffuser with a few drops of oil (my favorite is lavendar mixed with eucalyptus)..
