Let’s Talk Eating Right: Green Breakfast Smoothie
If you need a good way to get in green vegetables everyday, this smoothie is for you. Although it’s best in the summer time, you can also have it in the winter. Just use fresh ingredients with no ice added.
Here’s the ingredients needed:
1: 1 avocado peeled and pitted
2: 1 banana
3: 1 – 2 cups raw kale
4: 1 cup coconut milk
5: 1 cup pineapple juice
6: 2 tablespoons sunflower butter
7: 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
Here’s the recipe for Green breakfast smoothie
1: Measure out all ingredients the night before you intend to have this smoothie for breakfast
2: place the ingredients in a container like one below or in the detachable part of the blender. Then place in refrigerator overnight.
3: Blend all items until liquid
