January is Mental Wellness Month: Dealing With Emotional Pain and Hunger
I found out recently that January is Mental Wellness month. So I want to take a moment to talk about emotional hunger and emotional pain. Your mental wellness is directly related to your emotional state of being. If your emotions are all over the place, chances are your mind is too. While it’s perfectly normal to experience a wide range of emotions in response to a wide range of life events and unexpected circumstances, it is not normal or beneficial to stay in a state of constant emotional pain or hunger.
